Abstract :
The present paper is based on the study that sought to assess the understanding and perception of pre-school education by the parents. This paper makes an attempt to inform about the variations in the reasons of the parental choices for the pre-school education of their young children. It also examines in detail their awareness regarding pre-school education and perception regarding the benefits it accrues.
